Shows max checkouts and holds by Patron Code at each branch, plus fine thresholds.
Polaris has two fine thresholds: When a patron has more account charges than the 1st Level Fine, Polaris will display an alert to staff mentioning that the patron has fines. When a patron is over the 2nd Level Fine their account will be blocked.

Item checkout limits are determined at checkout, based on the library performing the checkout, the patron's Patron Code and the item's Material Type. When an item is checked out, Polaris will compare the patron's current number of checkouts with the Patron Code/Material Type combination for the transacting branch. If the patron's current number of items is greater than or equal to the limit, Polaris will block the checkout.
Similarly, hold limits are determined at the time the hold is placed based on the hold's pickup location. When a new hold is placed, if the patron's current number of holds is greater than or equal to the branch's limit, Polaris will reject the hold.
